Meet Cindy
"Hi, I'm Cindy! I'm a certified postpartum doula, a wife, and a proud mom of two."
I'm located in San Leandro and have firsthand experience with two very different newborn journeys. My son, who is now 7, was a colicky baby, and my daughter, now 4, was born prematurely. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of how challenging, emotional, and exhausting the early days of parenthood can be.
Becoming a mom showed me just how much support families truly need, and it inspired me to become a postpartum doula. I love being able to give parents the reassurance and support they need while caring for their little one, so they can take a moment to rest and recover.

Why Overnight Support?
As an overnight doula, my goal is to make sure your baby is safe, loved, and in great hands throughout the night — giving you the peace of mind to rest.
While I care for your little one, you can focus on recovering, getting the sleep you need, and waking up feeling more refreshed and ready to be there for your baby the next day.
A Night in Motion
I arrive, check in with you, and learn what your baby and family need that night.
Feeding, diapering, soothing, and settling — attentive care through the night.
A simple report so you know how the night went before I head out.
What the Night Can Hold
A calm, attentive presence through the night so you can rest knowing your baby is in caring hands.
Safe, gentle care for your little one — from settling to soothing to the small details of the night.
Bottle preparation and feeding throughout the night, with care that follows your family's lead.
Attentive diapering and settling techniques to help your baby (and you) find a peaceful rhythm.
Reassurance and a steady presence while you recover — emotionally and physically — in the early days.
A simple handoff each morning so you know exactly how the night went, from feeds to sleep.
